How do I redeem my Points for Rewards?

Congratulations! You have enough points to redeem for one of our tasty rewards! Log in and navigate to either “Redeem Points” in your rewards portal or the “My Rewards” in the app & when in the online ordering flow. From there, select “Redeem Now” on any of the items under the “Redeem It” section. Please note only rewards for which you have enough points will be eligible for redemption. Once you have confirmed, the rewards will be loaded into your account and the corresponding number of points deducted from your account. You have 14 days to use your reward. Please note, some rewards can only be redeemed in-bakery. When ordering ahead on the app or online, be sure to add the reward to your order before adding items to your cart. Please note, you cannot redeem points for rewards directly with the cashier in-bakery. Redeeming points for rewards should be done in your account prior to visiting the bakery to redeem the reward.

How do I redeem my Rewards?

You can redeem eligible Bruegger’s Rewards at participating locations both in-bakery and when you order ahead, either online or in the app. In bakery, provide the cashier with the phone number associated with your account or scan your barcode from the Bruegger’s mobile app. When ordering ahead, go to “My Rewards” or “Rewards” and select from available reward menu by clicking “Add to Order.” Please be sure to add the reward to your order prior to adding items to your cart & before checkout for your reward to apply. Rewards will only apply once the eligible item is added to your cart.

I forgot to check in. How do I add my points to my Bruegger's Rewards account?

We can help! If you kept your receipt, you can use its code to claim those points. Log into your account and fill-in the Receipt Visit Code at the bottom of the “Home” tab to add your visit to your account and collect your points.

I tried to reset and/or create my rewards account password but I am still having issues. What do I do?

If you are a first time user who is a member of the Bruegger’s Rewards Program but you have never accessed your account online or in the app, you will need to create a password. You can do this by going to the log-in page and selecting “Create/Forgot Password”. From there you will need to enter the email address associated with your account and type in a new password of your choice. The password requires at least 8 characters and you must use at least one numeric and one capital letter.

Can I use a gift card for my online or app order?

To use a gift card when ordering ahead on either the Bruegger’s app or online, you will need to Contact Us so we can load your gift card’s value to your Rewards Account. Please be sure to include the full gift card number & the email or phone number associated with your Rewards account to facilitate a quick turnaround of your request.

If you do not have a Rewards Account, there is not currently a way to pay for your order online or in the app with a gift card at this time. Please note that we continue to work on ways to streamline the order ahead app & online experience.

Does Bruegger's Bagels donate or participate in charity events & fundraisers?

All donate to charity requests are handled by your local bakery GM. Please call or visit your local bakery to determine if your donation or charity event may be a good fit.

How do I find my neighborhood store?

You can locate a store near you by using our helpful Store Locator.

What time do you open?

We bake our bagels fresh every morning, which means we’re up pretty early! Each store is different, so find your bakery’s hours by using our Store Locator.

Are you open on holidays?

Bruegger’s Bagels locations are closed on Christmas Day to allow our team members to spend time with their family and friends. Some Bruegger locations may be closed on additional holidays based on local store management discretion. We encourage our guests to check the store hours for their neighborhood bakery prior to visiting on holidays.

When will my bakery re-open their dining room?

While the majority of our bakeries have re-opened their dining rooms, we have decided to transition some smaller bakeries or bakeries in select locations to takeout only bakeries. You can find the status of this and other amenities for your neighborhood bakery on our locations page.

How do I request a refund?

We’re sorry your last experience with us missed the mark. To request a refund, Contact Us and complete the form. For fastest resolution, please include the order total, order date, name on the credit card used, last 4 digits of the credit cared used and the expiration date along with the reason why you are requesting a refund. Our team will follow up to your request via email.

Does Bruegger's Bagels donate or participate in charity events & fundraisers?

All donate to charity requests are handled by your local bakery GM. Please call or visit your local bakery to determine if your donation or charity event may be a good fit.

Where can I find nutrition, ingredient, & allergen information for Bruegger's Bagels menu items?

Absolutely! You can find nutrition & allergy information for both in-store & catering menus here.

If I have food allergies or other special needs, will I still be able to dine at Bruegger's Bagels?

Please know that we are always happy to accommodate any dietary need or food allergy the best we can, however, there is always a risk of cross-contamination in our stores.

Do you have any gluten free or keto-friendly bagels?

At this time, we do not have any plans to carry gluten free or keto-friendly bagels as a regular product in our stores. However, we are always working hard to find ways to improve and expand our offerings so this may change in the future. In the meantime, please check back with us for any updates as we are continuously rolling out new and exciting menu items!

Order Ahead

When can I place an Order Ahead order either online or in the app?

We currently accept same-day orders both online and in our app from the time the bakery opens to 30 minutes prior to closing. Please note all order ahead orders need to be picked up prior to the bakery closing time.

Can I use a coupon when placing an order online or in the app?

Currently we are unable to accept coupons in the app or online. Please visit a bakery to use your offer in store.

Can I use a gift card for my online or app order?

To use a gift card when ordering ahead on either the Bruegger’s app or online, you will need to Contact Us so we can load your gift card’s value to your Rewards Account. Why do you ask for my birthday?

Why do you ask for my phone number?

We ask for your phone number as it serves as your Member ID. You can provide your phone number to the cashier at your local bakery to check-in to earn points and redeem available rewards. We will not contact you via phone or text for any reason.

I don't have a password setup for my Bruegger's Rewards account. How do I access my account?

Go to log in here and select “Create/Forgot Password”. You will be redirected to the Password Reset page. From there, input the email address associated with your Bruegger’s account. An email will then be sent to you to reset the password. Simply click the “Reset Password” link in the email and you will be redirected to the password reset page. NOTE: The email address with the password reset link will come from “Customer Relations” and the sender’s email address will be guest@paytronix.com.

How do I update my Bruegger's Rewards account information online?

How do I unsubscribe from your email list?

We are so sorry to see you go! You can unsubscribe from receiving our emails by logging into your account and unchecking the box located at the bottom of your account page under “Email notifications”. You can also unsubscribe by selecting the “Unsubscribe” link on the bottom of any Bruegger’s Bagels email you have received from us and you will be redirected to a page that will provide confirmation that you have been removed from our email list. Please allow up to 10 days for your unsubscribe request to be processed.

Please check your spam or junk folder for the email. The email will have a subject line of “Password Reset Request” and will come from Customer Relations (the sender email address is guest@paytronix.com).

I recently moved and have updated my city/state/zip code but now I am no longer receiving emails, what happened?

Log into your account to update your account information. Depending on where you live, we may or may not have locations in your area that are participating in the Bruegger’s Rewards program so you may not get emails from us featuring reward information or deals not available in your area. You may still receive information about other news happening, such as new menu items and more!

Catering

How do I order catering?

The fastest and easiest way to place your order is online. You can choose from our delicious fresh menu items, set pick up or delivery times and process your payment. All orders placed after 3:00pm will be available for pick-up or delivery after 7:30am the next day.

Our online menu is always the most up to date.

Do you offer delivery for catering orders?

Yes, we do! Delivery is available in most areas. To check on availability in your area, enter your zip code in the order details page and choose delivery.

Do you have an order minimum for delivery?

Yes. To be eligible for delivery, the order total must be $25 before taxes, discounts and delivery fees.

What is your delivery fee for catering orders?

$19.00** for orders up to $380 or 5% of the order amount on any order over $380. **Delivery fees may vary by location.

Can I order catering from my favorite store?

Yes! We understand many of our guests have long time relationships with their local store and want you to continue with them! Once your login, go to “My Preferred Store” section to choose your favorite store. Or you can email us at CateringSupport@bagelbrands.com and have a catering specialist select your store for you.

How late can I place my catering order?

Same day online catering orders can be placed at least 4 hours in advance of delivery or pickup. To ensure we serve you the best quality product and meet our Fresh Baked Policy, we are unable to accommodate early morning orders for next day service once our bakeries have closed. We are happy to serve you but will need additional time to have your order prepared; therefore all “next day” orders placed after 3:00pm will be available for pick-up or delivery after 7:30am the following day.

I have an order for a very large group of people (100 or more); can you help me with that?

We certainly can! You can email us at CateringSupport@bagelbrands.com and our catering specialists will assist you!

Can I pick out the bagels, sweets and shmears that I want for my catering order if I place my order online?

Absolutely! Once you add an item to your cart, you can choose the selections that best fit your group.

Do napkins, plates and utensils come with my catering order?

With catering, we provide everything you would need to enjoy the meal based on what you ordered. Plates, napkins, appropriate utensils, cups, lids, creamer, sweetener, etc.

Can I keep a credit card on file for catering orders?

Yes! Our catering site is secure. We can store your credit card, should you choose that option.

What do you do for people with food allergies?

Our bagels are made in a facility that uses milk, eggs, wheat, soy, sesame, peanuts, and tree nut ingredients. Our bagels are also made on equipment that processes tree nuts. Our stores prepare food in an open kitchen so the possibility for cross contamination exists for all allergens, including peanuts & tree nuts. Our store managers are Serv Safe trained and are aware of the sensitivities of our guests. If you have a high sensitivity to a specific allergen, please email CateringSupport@bagelbrands.com and discuss your concerns with our catering specialists you can note your order accordingly and work with the GM at the store that will fulfill your order. Our stores are willing to and will attempt to work with our guests to minimize allergen concerns.

What do you have that is gluten free?

Unfortunately, we do not offer a gluten free bakery item at this time. Please email us at CateringSupport@bagelbrands.com so we can provide you with modification options.

How do I add notes or special instructions to my catering order?

Simply email us at CateringSupport@bagelbrands.com and a catering specialist can add instructions to your order.

What size catering order can I place?

You can order for any size for pickup and we accept any size order for delivery so long as it is over $25. We have a wonderful team of experts that handle orders from 10 to 10,000 people.

Why is the catering menu different from the store menu?

We have selected products that best suit delivery and maintain our high standards of quality and freshness for presentation on our catering menu.

 I see you have catering promotion running – how does it apply?

We run several promotions throughout the year.  If the promotion does not list a promotional code, it will be auto applied when your order meets the offer qualifications.  Other offers that specify a promo code require that the code be entered at checkout.  If you have questions regarding a promotional discount, please email us at CateringSupport@bagelbrands.com and our catering specialists will assist you!

How do I pay for my catering order?

We accept most major cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) for payment. We cannot accept gift cards for catering purchases at this time.

How do I receive a copy of my catering receipt?

A final invoice will be emailed to you at midnight, the night after your order is completed. Our credit cards process at that time. Also, you can log in to your account and click on “My Account”. Select “Order History”. You can print PDF copies of any of your orders 24/7.

If I pick up my order, do I pay for it at the store?

No, when you place your order, your payment is submitted at that time.

My company is tax exempt, how do I apply that to my order?

If you need tax exemption, please email CateringSupport@bagelbrands.com and attach your state tax exemption letter. (Federal IRS and W9s cannot be accepted) See our Sales Tax Exemption Guidelines here to see what is required.

My company needs to include a Purchase Order number, do you accept those?

Yes, we do! Please email us at CateringSupport@bagelbrands.com with your purchase order number after submitting our order online. We can add the number to your confirmed order.

What if I want to pay with a check or cash for my catering order?

Cash is not accepted for advance orders. We prefer credit cards for payment. However, if your company or organization places orders on a frequent basis exceeding $300 per month, you may qualify for a House Account, which if approved, allows payment via check or ACH transfer. For our house account, please complete this House Account Application. Please send the completed and signed application to CateringSupport@bagelbrands.com. It generally takes 7-10 business days to process.

What is a pre-authorization?

A pending amount is charged in advance of the catering order for 5% more than the expected total. On the order date, the amount will be corrected and finalized to match the invoice. It may take a couple of days for your bank to update your account to the finalized amount.

Can I add a tip to my catering order?

Thank you for your generosity! We do offer the option to provide gratuity to our delivery drivers and/or store team. The standard amount suggested on our orders is 10% of the subtotal but this amount can be adjusted to match your preference. There is no obligation to provide a gratuity and our great service will not change based on the amount selected. When checking out on our website, when you reach the third “Review” page, it will leave the gratuity open for you to adjust how you see fit.

Why is the amount on my card different from the amount on my catering invoice?

To account for tax differences, we pre-authorize 5% above the total amount of the order. However, you will only be charged the amount of your order. On the order date, the amount will be corrected and finalized to match the invoice. It may take a couple of days for your bank to update your account to the finalized amount.

How do you ensure that the store has received my catering order?

Once we confirm your order, it is immediately transmitted to the bakery team. You will see the order at the same time through a confirmation email and on your account order history.

If I change my catering order, will I still get charged for the initial order?

No. Once your change is confirmed, you will only be charged for the items you receive in the order.

What is your cancellation policy?

Bruegger’s understands that plans can change, and we will gladly assist you in making changes to your catering order’s pick-up/delivery date and time. We accept cancellations up until 4:00 PM, the day prior, in the time zone that the order is scheduled. Bruegger’s reserves the right to charge your credit card or house account 100% of the price of the order amount of cancelled after 4:00 PM, the day prior, in the time zone that the order is scheduled.

Do I need to have an account to place a catering order?

Yes, you will need an account connected to an email address. If you have a Bruegger’s Rewards account with your email address, please note they are not in the same system or program and you will need to create an catering account.

I entered my email address, but I haven’t received my temporary password for my catering account. What do I do?

Check your spam box and/or settings to see if our email containing your password has been blocked. Ensure that noreply@catering.brueggers.com is on your safe senders list and/or that your company is allowing emails from this address to come through. If you submit a “Get Password” request more than once, please wait for the last email to arrive as each time a request is submitted a new password is generated making the previous password invalid. If you still did not receive the password reset email, email us at CateringSupport@bagelbrands.com and we provide a temporary password.

How do I update my personal information online for my catering account?

When can log in and update your information (such as your email address), add or remove a credit card to keep on file for your orders, view your upcoming orders, and view your repeat standing orders.

I am not receiving email confirmations for my catering orders. How do I get these?

If you are having issues receiving emails from us, here are a few tips to help solve the issue: Check your spam box and/or settings to see if our email containing your password has been blocked. Ensure noreply@catering.brueggers.com is on your safe senders list and/or that your company is allowing emails from this address to come through. If you still are having trouble, email us at CateringSupport@bagelbrands.com and we provide assistance.

Gift Cards

How do I check the balance of my gift card?

You can check your gift card balance online on our website.

When do Gift Card funds expire?

There is no expiration date on your Gift Card. We recommend that you redeem it soon after you receive it, so you don’t forget.

Where can I use my Gift Card?

You can use your Gift Card in-store at participating locations, which exclude our licensed stores, located in airports, hotels, hospitals, military bases, and college campus locations, convenience stores, etc.

Do you offer gift card promotions or discounts?

During select times of the year we do offer promotional programs or discounts on our Gift Cards. To stay in the know on gift card and other promotions, be sure to sign up for Bruegger’s Rewards and opt-into email or app push notifications on your mobile device.

Are there any fees associated with Bruegger's Bagels Gift Cards?

No. There are no fees associated with Gift Cards. You will only be charged the face value of the Gift Card and shipping if applicable. eGift Cards are sent via email and incur no shipping charges.

Can I reload my Gift Card after I've spent the full value?

Not at this time.

Can I get a refund on my gift card?

Cards may not be redeemed for cash and no refunds or change will be given unless required by law. However, non-promotional cards under $10 are refundable in participating stores in CA; non-promotional cards under $5 are refundable in participating stores in CO, ME, MA, MT, NJ, OR, and WA; non-promotional cards under $2.50 are refundable in participating stores in TX; and, non-promotional cards under $1 are refundable in participating stores in VT and RI.

Can I change the value of a Gift Card after I've paid for it?

Not at this time.

If your gift card has not been delivered or shipped, you can cancel the order by contacting Customer Support.

What do I do if my gift card has no balance or is not swiping at the register?

We are so sorry to hear this! We are happy to look into things for you. Please contact us by filling out our contact form and we will get back to you via email.

What if I lose my Gift Card?

Your Gift Card has cash value and should be safeguarded as such. If you lose your Gift Card, contact Customer Support immediately with the gift card number from the back of the card or from the email for eGift Cards. If your Gift Card has not been redeemed or has some remaining value, we can cancel the original and issue you a new eGift Card for that value.

Can I buy an eGift Card for myself?

Yes. To do so, go to the “For Me” tab underneath “Who is the gift card for”. Your eGift Card will be sent to the email address entered on the Payment Page. When you receive your eGift Card alert via email, follow the instructions in this message to retrieve and redeem your eGift Card.

I want a printed eGift Card to present to someone as a gift. How do I do this?

Simply personalize the eGift Card for your recipient, have it sent to yourself and then print it. To do this, go to the “For Me” tab underneath “Who is the gift card for”. Your eGift card will be sent to the email address entered on the Payment Page. Enter your email address in the “Your Email” field. Enter your recipient’s name and your personal message on the eGift Card messages page, and complete the transaction normally. You will receive an eGift Card alert via email. Follow the instructions in this message to retrieve your eGift Card and then choose “Click to print this page.” The resulting printout may be presented as a gift to the recipient.

What exactly does the recipient receive when I send an eGift Card?

An eGift Card is an electronic Gift Card that is sent via email. On the delivery date you choose, a message is sent to the recipient informing them of your gift, with a link to retrieve it online. The link in the email goes to a page showing the eGift Card you created (the design you selected, with your recipient’s name and your personalized message), its value and code number. This page also gives simple instructions for redeeming the eGift Card, including printing instructions. Sometimes, special offers and promotions are listed on the page.

When will my recipient receive their Gift Card that I ordered online?

eGift Card: Your eGift Card will be sent via email on the delivery date you choose, with rare exceptions for processing delays. For same-day delivery, most eGift Cards are sent within an hour of the purchase transaction. For future delivery, eGift Cards are sent on the morning of the scheduled delivery date. Please see the “eGift Cards” section below for more about eGift Cards.

How do I know the recipient actually received the eGift Card I sent them?

You will receive an email message confirming delivery, and a message notifying you that the eGift Card has been viewed. If the eGift Card goes un-viewed for 15 days after delivery, you will receive a message with options for resolving the issue. You may also contact Customer Support with the order number from the email you received confirming your purchase, and we can tell you if the recipient has viewed their eGift Card.
