As a Baker you will learn independence!
This is the first step to a leadership position. Our Bakers arrive as early as 3AM and open the bakery under minimal to no supervision. Along with taking care of what makes us who we are – bagels – you will learn all bakery functions. Our goal is to develop our Bakers to grow into a Shift Leader or General Manager.
Shift Leaders work hand and hand with our General Managers to develop leadership skills they will carry with them for a lifetime. They are on the front lines with our teams as well as taking responsibility for completing restaurant admin duties. You will learn to coach Team Members and address guest concerns.
District Shift Leaders take part in an Individualized Development Plan (IDP) to set goals for professional growth. They are our next General Managers!
General Managers learn to manage every aspect of your business to become a true brand ambassador.
Our GMs work side by side with the team to ensure a top-notch experience for our guests. Our goal is to develop our General Managers to grow into District Managers.
District Managers learn to achieve excellence in all aspects of the business and thrive in a dynamic, multi-unit environment. District Managers lead and inspire the operations teams while ensuring the bakeries achieve key business results. They execute company strategies with ownership mentality, create a culture of internal development, and are dedicated to exceeding guest expectations.
The Catering Sales Managers partner closely with bakery and district leaders to drive revenue by seeking out catering opportunities in our markets. We rely on the Catering Sales Managers to create and implement business development strategies and train our bakery teams in sales tactics.
Based in Denver Colorado, the Support Center teams consist of Marketing, Finance, IT, Legal, Franchise & License, Human Resources, Supply Chain & Distribution, Training & Operations Support, R&D, Guest Services, and Wholesale/Commercial. We work together to evolve our retail capabilities and empower our GM-centric culture.
Based in Whittier, California, our manufacturing facility operates around the clock to bring you the best bagels! We offer a wide variety for careers at our plant such as: Warehouse Technician, Ingredient Scaler, Dough Mixer, Divider Operator, Packing Room Handler, Quality Assurance Technician, Sanitor, and Maintenance Technician.
